Penny Realty has proven to be an outstanding, detail oriented, and very caring organization. As a renter, our experience has been great. Main reason; Joy! She has been great to communicate with. We find that she really cares about our needs and really understands that although we are tenants, this is our home. We love where we live. We have wonderful neighbors and we have become a part of our community. We plan to be here for a very long time and happy to know Penny Realty is the management company we will continue to work with.

I only have positive things to say about Penny Realty. They own and manage our building, so we see them on a daily basis. Their team is professional, friendly and highly responsive to our needs or questions. Rebekah at the front desk is the best point-person I have dealt with in years (dealing with/working for many companies, including Fortune 500). She is readily available, if anything comes up, acts quickly and resolves issues, or directs to the proper contact. PLUS Rebekah is friendly, and I see her engaging with their tenants and contractors and getting along with everyone. Penny's entire team is great. They brought a good group of people together. Side note: On the renter side, my family has 'vacation property rented' from Penny since 1980! (We would rent a beach cottage on next to the boardwalk every summer for 3 months). A lot of memories and changes over the years, but Penny always remained consistent. They have always been our go-to, professional, friendly and comfortable/easy to deal with. (Same with our family friends who also vacation rent every summer, as long as we have). Many thanks to the team and also to Rebekah for everything you do!

One of our best experiences ever! We stayed at a condo in Pacific Beach and booked directly through Penny Realty. I had a few questions and each time I called, I spoke with a friendly and helpful person in the office. During our stay, we met the condo owner, who went above and beyond by helping us out with a self-induced problem. The condo was a great price, great location, and had exceptional outdoor areas (including a rooftop deck with a view of the bay). Penny Realty will be my first stop when booking our next San Diego vacation!

Penny Realty has been managing the home I rent for past 3 years. I appreciate their online portal which makes everything easy! You can pay rent and submit maitenence request all in the same place. They do take care of our needs as tenants in a timely manner. I especially appreciate James in accounting for his attention to detail. The reason for 4 stars is that not all the employees are as nice. But still overall satisfied.

I don't normally write reviews, for various reasons. But Penny Realty has been awesome to work with as a renter, for multiple years now. The staff really goes out of their way to make things as easy as possible. Recently I was moving from the literal opposite side of the world, and my man Carson was brilliant in helping me get all the little details worked out and making it incredibly easy to literally walk into my place within minutes of landing back in the country. I've moved many times and this has been the absolute best experience, thanks to Penny Realty and in particular, Carson. I owe that man a drink or two, and if he ever gets in a knife fight, I'll be there to back him up. Or at least stop the bleeding as quickly as possible.

Penny realty has been absolutely wonderful In all realms. Moving is usually so stressful and they managed to make it a fast, less than 2 day turnover from me touring to moving in, while also meeting all of my needs in truly my dream rental! This is a rare occurrence and I couldn’t be happier with my experience specifically with Mona and Carson. They are also so fast and kind to fix maintenance requests which is usually such a headache. 10/10 review from me and I couldn’t be a happier tenant!!
